Giving deets of her fitness regime, the actress in a recent interview said, “My fitness routine comprises of a mixture of interval and functional training, kickboxing, and dancing. I believe some form of physical activity must be part of your daily routine not only to look good but also to feel healthy and fit.” Kaira Advani’s workout consists of functional training, squats for around an hour, every day. When not gym, actress makers sure to burn some calories with dancing or boxing.
Talking about her flawless skin, the actress believes that good skin is very important, so usage of the right moisturiser and following a good skincare regime is very important.
